Serenity in the City….

Last week I was fortunate to visit Arlington Garden, on the corner of Arlington and Pasadena Avenues, which an oasis of calm in our city (http://www.arlingtongardeninpasadena.org/). This beautiful space is run by volunteers, with brought-resistant plant life that is appropriate to our climate. The 3 acres includes small rooms with different designs and flora, as well as spaces to sit and relax. Whether you’d like to learn more about water-wise gardening, see beautiful plant life, or just relax, this is a great place to visit. They also sell a delicious orange marmalade, made from fruit from trees in the garden!
