Does your nonprofit need more resources, whether money, staff, or skills?

If so, are you using volunteers to increase your organization’s capacity to provide great services? I’m teaching this workshop on basic volunteer management on Jan. 26, 9 – am to noon. Go to https://www.flintridge.org/rsvp/view-event-details.php?event_id=441 to register for this basic volunteer management workshop.

The workshop will cover:

-Identify your organization’s need for volunteers

-Recruit and place the right volunteers for your organization

-Train and orient volunteers to maximize their contribution to your organization

-Retain and sustain great volunteers

-Build the infrastructure, policies and procedures to support volunteerism

There is a fee for the workshop, which goes to Flintridge Center.
