Disappointing Corporate Philanthropy…

A JRP volunteer just finished a project trying to implement a Google grant for a local nonprofit, but there is no tech support from Google and a lot of glitches in the system. After spending months trying to get the nonprofit’s account set up (which will send more traffic to their website), we’ve given up. If anyone knows how to fix some of the bugs in Google’s nonprofit tools, we’d appreciate your help!

The saddest part is that both the nonprofit staff and I felt like this is par for the course: so many corporations say that they’re making the world a better place, but I rarely see many results. Am I just jaded? Have any of you had better experiences with Google’s nonprofit tools?
