New JRP Project: Curriculum Design

JRP’s most common projects are in marketing, information technology and fundraising / finance. So curriculum design is a new adventure for us. I’ve written previously about LifeNotes Edutainment (thesafetygirls.com), a young program that educates kids about safety, nutrition, and other life skills, through music. They would like to distribute their model and music more widely, so asked JRP for help in curriculum design. Mimi is a retired teacher, principal and school district superintendent, so is the perfect person to manage this project. (She also stars in our new informational video – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-bCU_kXuWA.) Mimi has a large vision for developing LifeNotes’ curriculum, and will manage several other teachers and instructional designers to make robust, standards-based lesson plans. Thanks to Mimi and LifeNotes for the great work they do in our community!
