This 5-month Nonprofit Organizational Management Certificate program will equip you with the skills necessary to manage and improve a nonprofit organization’s strategic future. In 5-intensive days over the course of 5 months, we will cover key nonprofit management topics, including:

• sustainability and planning,
• governance and board development,
• resource development
• management and administration, and
• marketing

As part of this program you will engage in peer learning, one-on-one coaching, and work on a Strategic Improvement Project to begin implementing your learning.

The trainings will be informative, hands-on/interactive, draw on real-life examples from participants, and incorporate group and peer learning activities.  Training participants will receive a Learning Packet with learning materials that include resource information, worksheets and exercises, templates and samples.

Course Dates
This program’s five sessions meet from 9:30am-4pm on the following Tuesdays:
• November  12, 2013
• December 10, 2013
• January 14, 2014
• February 11, 2014
• March 11, 2014

Students must attend all five-courses and complete the course project to receive a certificate.
