New JRP Project: Organizational Development for EBAM

JRP works with a variety of nonprofit, big and small, established and new, grassroots and Gold: WordPress Themesophisticated. Starting a new nonprofit is a huge undertaking, as the organization needs to build infrastructure while providing services (building the plane as you fly it, so to speak). Thanks to wonderful volunteer Dana who is helping Education Bodies and Minds (EBAM, www.ebamca.org) build good infrastructure as they begin this new venture. She will develop job descriptions for staff, volunteers and board members and recommend staffing priorities. Good luck to EBAM on educating youth on leadership, fitness, bullying and health, all via Kenpo!
