Their Board Will Grow Strong as an Oak….

North East Trees (www.northeasttrees.org) was planted almost 25 years ago, and has grown steadily since then, improving the environment, especially in low-income areas, and providing job training for at-risk youth. Between the recession and the loss of their founder a few years ago, North East Trees has found itself in a transition phase. JRP Board Coach John, will do an assessment of North East Trees to see how their board is doing in supporting their unique mission, and what priorities it should have to continue growing to spread clean air and opportunity to our region. With a little help from a JRP volunteer, North East Trees will be as strong and long-lived as a magnificent oak!
