Jericho Road Pasadena is excited to announce that our innovative board development training program, The Leadership Connection (TLC), has been scheduled for October 6 & 13, 2015. We are honored to have Mitch Dorger as our primary instructor. Mitch has extensive consulting experience working with the Tournament of Roses, the Claremont College Consortium and the Air Force. Attached is an overview of the program.
TLC will be a win-win-win:
* nonprofits will benefit by getting new, qualified board members, which is a huge need in the community
* business leaders will benefit by engaging in their community personally, sharing their time and talents as a nonprofit board member
