Good Stress and Bad Stress

stressYou may feel there’s nothing you can do about stress. There will never be more hours in the day and your work responsibilities will always be demanding. But you have more control over stress than you might think. Stress management is all about taking charge and knowing the difference between good and bad stress. No matter how stressful your life or work seems, there are steps you can take to relieve the pressure and regain control.

The workshop is sponsored by DOVIA-LA (doviala.org) and is open to nonprofit staff and volunteers. Friday, January 15th, 9:30 am – 12:00 pm at the Braille Institute 741 N. Vermont Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90029. The discussion will be led by Maria Lane, Northeast Valley Health Corporation.
